At Umass Amherst, 4 friends crossed paths. One of them, Jimmy, grew up in the fine Greek tradition of working at restaurants. As a child of Lynn, Jimmy dreamed of making it big, ditching Lynn, and moving to Milton. Some might call this a sell-out; and those people would be 100% right. But Jimmy had another dream, opening a traditional North Shore Roast Beef restaurant. Maybe one day.
The other 3 friends had their own dream. Getting rich….quick.
Jimmy’s North Shore Roast Beef is an investment company. We are named thusly to ensure we stay true to our humble beef eating roots.
We are literally just trying to get rich….and quick. We’re buying all sorts of weird stuff to try to get there. We’ve decided to domain squat and name our LLC after Jimmy’s Dream. If we somehow manage to get rich….well then maybe we’ll get around to opening that roast beef shop someday.
